Hello, I have just subscribed for a trial version but I am not able to find in Global Settings >> Data/Trading service setting the option that would connect me. All what I see is (Not enabled on package). I have registered and active trading account with Interactive Brokers. Please, help. I want to test SC, if it gives me what I want. Thank you, Roman |

1. Your account has been activated and/or reset. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit". 2. What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on. If you require real-time futures data, then refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FuturesData.php Sierra Chart Support |
