Sir, I would like to load 20 months of datas in a specific chartbook with Market profils. I observe that it seems impossible to load so many days. The data range begins by 2016-06-20 and I cannot specifiy another date before when I selected Historical Chart. When I input 20 in the Historical Chart Bar Period, the first date in the Data Range does not change. I have also attached another image which is screenshot from the Marketscope interface: 20 Months of Volume profils on a 30mn chart. Here is what i would like to get. Last thing the point n°6 of your help documentation relates about a feature which seems not to be accessible anymore: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#Image 6.For the case of a chart window, in the Sierra Chart software select Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart. Do not see any voice menu named Screen Images. Thanks for your help. |

Sir, If I activate this option, then I get a black background with the mention: Downloding Continuous Contract Data It is 10 minutes like that now... I am on the Dax... Is this normal ? Thanks ! |

That is a long time. It should not take that long but maybe your Internet connection is not fast enough.
