Installed release 1518 a few days ago. Now getting the following error message in the message log every 2 minutes when working off-line. Error getting address info for www.sierrachart.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. | 2017-02-13 16:37:20 *
Error getting address info for www.sierrachart.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. | 2017-02-13 16:39:20 * Error getting address info for www.sierrachart.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. | 2017-02-13 16:41:20 * Error getting address info for www.sierrachart.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. | 2017-02-13 16:43:20 * Error getting address info for www.sierrachart.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. | 2017-02-13 16:45:20 * Using Sierra Chart with data disconnected, and no internet connection triggers the message. Using SC with data disconnected, but with internet connection - the message doesn't trigger. |
