When I change "Use number of days to load" my SC crashes. I realize it is probably due to DynamicMemoryAllocation in my DLL. The event "Use number of days to load" needs to be handled, persistent pointers release and dynamic arrays rebuild. What event is it? What event do I need to catch? Thank You b3cker |

Changing the Chart Settings causes the studies on the chart to be recalculated. We are not exactly certain what you are doing with the dynamic memory allocation, but the main concern is you need to set sc.FreeDLL = 0. You may also want to do what you are describing when sc.IsFullRecalculation is nonzero. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
