when i try to import this data, the ticks import correctly, but the timestamps are all broken to 0:00

What exactly is the format?

Is this in milliseconds? Or seconds?

this is straight from IQFeed. this is tick data from a stock, so i assume the extra digits are for milliseconds

We checked and these values are simply not valid.
