Instrument F.US.EEUH17 E/$ Euro/Usd CME Mini Tick value $6.25 Data feed CQG The stand alone Trade DOM shows only !.0675 omitting the least significant digit to correspond with the Tick value. (I can understand this.) But the chart also omits the least significant digit even though I have set Chart Setting > Price Display Format to .00001 and Tick Size to 0.000100 Using Auto-set From Data Feed does not solve the problem. Note that my TDAM chart displays the least significant digit correctly at 1.06775 The least significant digit should display on the chart as it indicates price movement direction. How to correct this? Thanks |

What do you mean by TDAM? According to the specifications for this contract here: http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/fx/g10/e-mini-euro-fx_contract_specifications.html For the outright futures, the smallest increment is .0001 So what you are seeing is correct in Sierra Chart. Agree on technically correct. But the current price on the chart is always different from that on the Trade DOM (standalone). Suggest you set up a 2 minute chart and the DOM to see this. Something is not quite roght here. Thanks |

What studies do you have on the chart? Remove all of the studies from the chart. Maybe you are using the Heikin-Ashi study. Not using HA. Just straight candlestick bars. I have the Current Price study and the display Bid/Ask lines active. The Current Price study (set to Last) seems to lag updating re the Bid / Ask lines. I'm trying to get my brain adjusted to this on the DOM Thanks |

On a 1 minute candlestick chart, studies are Current Price display Bid and Ask lines Trades are showing on the DOM in the 5th digit, but bars are not painting until the 4th digit changes. This makes the price "jumpy" and bars are not shown. A TDAM 1 minute chart plots to the 5th digit and does not have this missing bar problem. Note the "missing" bars on the screen shot encl. Thanks |

None of this is making any sense to us. That particular symbol only trades to .0001. That is definitive and verified. This is a matter of fact and we cannot provide any help on this point further. If you see trading beyond the fourth decimal place, the data is *faulty* or there may be an incorrect multiplier setting. At the time you notice a difference between the Trade DOM and chart, post an image of both following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Be sure to follow these instructions and use no other method. Go to the Trade DOM and chart and set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Price Display Format to .00001 so we can see to five decimal places. I have placed 4 Tick and 1 Minute charts next to the DOM. See encl screen shot. Note that the 1 minute chat is missing bars while the Tick chart has the bars. The DOM shows Bid at 1.06700 and Ask at 1.06720 and on the 1 minute chart the Bid Ask lines correlate but there is No matching bar. The last bar painted on the 1 minute chart ends at 1.06740. This is the visual error. Note the Tick chart does not have this error as the last bar bottom matches the Bid at 1.06700 So far, it seems the problem is with chart types other than Tick. I have tried Volume, and Renko and experienced the same problem. I hope this is clear Thanks |

I added the Count Down study to the 1 Minute chart. I expected the Count Down to be linear - ie ticking down each second. But, this is not the case. It stalls, apparently waiting for a trade to occur before it updates. Is this a clue to the issue? Thanks |

Here is a one minute chart for that symbol using the New York Time Zone: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1486549666274.png Your chart looks fine. There is nothing wrong. This case is considered closed. We cannot provide further help. You believe there is a problem when there simply is not. If you are looking for a more active market to trade, then use the symbol that begins with F.US.EU6
