Using SC real time data feed. There is no depth data nor correct top of book. I am only able to see the price changes, the volume is stuck (@ different price) with bogus values. Symbols: DYH17, GGH17, HRH17 This is not the first time this happened to me, about two weeks ago there was no MD data for almost half a day. Are you aware of this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix this? |

Same issue here. Book depth is stuck on mini-dax, dax, and bund futures. I tried to restart SC - no change. I tried to disconnect then reconnect the feed - no change. With kind regards, MK Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-02-06 07:50:43

The BID and ASK volumes on chart dom are not visible anymore. Only 2 levels are updating when connection is established, but after a couple of seconds the dom just stuck. Price and cumulative last size are updating. That behavior applies for GGH17, HFH17, HRH17 as far as I have checked. It seems the traded volumes are recorded properly as the volumes in number bars are being populated. No problems on DOM with Globex data. Best regards. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-02-06 07:56:44

We need to contact Barchart about this. It is a problem with their data feed. We are contacting them now. What we see is that there simply is no market depth data. Although there is the best bid and ask prices and sizes. We expect before the end of this month to switch over to the new Barchart OpenFeed which we would expect not to have this recurring problem.
