Inside Bid/Ask not showing on DOM

I'm just starting with Sierra today. I have CQG data top of book cme bundle from AMP. I'm not seeing the inside bid/ask. I'm also getting an error message that I took a screenshot of. When I disconnect and reconnect, I can see the inside bid/offer for just a second or two and then it goes to these zeros.

We may or may not be able to provide the best Bid and Ask data in the Market Depth window when using CQG when market depth data is not available for a particular symbol. We are looking into that.
