Hi, I am migrating from IB to Amp. But when I change the futures symbol I get an unknown symbol pop up. I have attached screenshot for you. I also notice that the new symbol does not display on the Quote Board as per the screenshot. Appreciate your help. Thanks. |

Hi, I have another issue. I just changed the symbols and it seems there is a 3-4mth gap in crude oil light futures CLEH17 as attached. The gap starts from mid-sep to mid-jan. I have the same settings and I would have in IB with the contract set on continuous rollover - screenshot attached. Is that normal?

A further question, I enabled live trading on Sierra but the account number displayed on the trade window is different from the account number given to me by the FCM. Is that correct?
