Am setting up a new laptop for mobile trading; have transferred to it all appropriate files from my desktop computer (program files and data files). All is working well with one exception. In regard to trade orders entered from the Chart DOM I am having trouble with "Stop Limit" orders entered by right clicking in either the Buy or Sell column of the Chart Dom. In both cases I get this message: "Stop must be at or below/above last trade price." This order method works perfectly on my desktop. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I am using Replay to test, practice and set up the laptop. Have spent considerable time going through 'Help', but haven't found a solution. Would appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction. Thanks much. |

According to the settings documentation, it appears that the Chart DOM settings are correct: Left click on bid price above last: Buy Limit Right Click on bid price above last: Buy Stop Left click on ask price above last: Sell Limit Right click on ask price above last: Sell Stop Left click on bid price below last: Buy Limit Right click on bid price below last: Buy Stop Left click on ask price below last: Sell Limit Right click on ask price below last: Sell Stop Still, when I right click on Ask price above last to place a sell stop, for example, the order is rejected. You cannot place a Sell Stop above the current price. It must be below the current price. This is the problem.
