Hello, I am using the TT data feed and have a suscription for Level 1 data for various exchanges. But unfortunately I am only getting the Last price but no Best bid / Best Ask data (Level 1 Info). I have contacted TT two times via their support to check with them but I haven´t received an answer(and I am talking about a couple of weeks...). Could you please check on your side. Thank you. Its happening with all the symbols I get. It´s not shown on the DOM nor on any study (i.e."Bid & Ask Prices") For instance BMW.STK.ETR. |

I am only seeing one nonzero Bid and Ask price. Either the Ask is zero OR the Bid. But no nonzero Bid and Ask prices at the same time.

The problem is now resolved. Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease to install the latest prerelease.
