Hi I'm in process to transfer trading account from old broker to new broker. I was told by new broker today that there is no accsess to data feed because of transfer. I can't connect to sierra today ( sim ) but broker told me it should be ok if I have data from sierra.I don't have data from sierra and I also tried to fund usage credit for pack 3 ( 25 ) but sierra still doesn't connect.

Hi I want real time data for sim daytrading , that's what I'v been using. Yesterday everything was ok and today no connection. I added 25$ to usage credit and still doesn't work.

I'm using rhitmic datafeed but becouse of account transfere It might be frozen. Could this be the problem?

For real-time data, you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
