CQG seems to disconnect consistently once a day

Hello I am using sierra charts with CQG with AMP futures and each day my data seems to disconnect at least one a day just wondering what may be causing the issue? screenshot attached for reference.

Yes we can see this but this is not something within our control. It is only CQG who might have an idea about what the reason for the problem is.
