Hi, I have three questions related to 'Trading Locked' mode: 1. is it possible to lock trading for one chart or one DOM only and not globally? I mean being able to independently enable/lock trading for each of my charts/DOM? 2. is it possible to somehow display on the DOM or chart that trading is locked? I think about something similar to the display of Sim/Live trading. 3. Is there a way to set Sierra to start in 'Trading Locked' mode by default? Thanks! |

One additional question: When there is a detached chart its Trade menu contains the 'Trading Locked' menu item. Is it possible to add this to detached DOMs as well? I mean include the menu item 'Trading Locked' in their Trade menu? Thanks! |

Post #3 has been implemented a long time ago. You can find that on the Trade menu.

Sorry for taking up your time, but the only reference I see to a startup settings in the Trade menu relates to "Auto Trading". Trade Menu: Disable Auto Trading On Startup (Trade menu) I do not employ AutoTrade. I do not see any settings that relate to trade lock beyond the one item that allows me to manually check/uncheck Trade Lock. |

SC Did you ever implement a study that shows on the chart if locked mode is on? I would like to see the background color change when it is locked. Is there an acsil function for locking trading? Thanks |

You can develop a custom study to do what you want. And refer to this new function: sc.SetTradingLockState() And: ACSIL Interface Members - Variables and Arrays: sc.TradingIsLocked Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
