I want to test different time frames via my spreadsheet automated study. but if i trade one time frame it and switch to another it takes me out prematurley because the spreadsheet is thinking i changed time frames. how do i run all time frames for statistical purposes?

Do you mean you want to do back testing? From what we understand, you will want to have a separate chart for each timeframe and then use the Spreadsheet System for Trading study on each of those charts. Each of those studies can refer to the same Spreadsheet and use the same formulas.
