CQG - WebAPI vs FIX

I recently switched brokers to Stage 5 and am using CQG for data. The guy at AMP who I clear through said to use WebAPI and I saw something on your site that recommended the FIX connection. Is there a preference that should be used with Sierra Chart? I don't want to run into problems. Thank you.

At this point in time there should not be any difference as long as you are running the current version of Sierra Chart. But generally we prefer FIX.
