Candlestick and Cumulative Delta are Wrong

I have SC data feed and CME group exchange. My broker is IB. Sometimes my CL crude oil candle stick charts will NOT match my friends charts, and my Cumulative delta- volume bars will be flat. I have deleted and reloaded the data many times but it does not always fix the problem.

Also, my market depth on CL is only the first bid and ask? While the /es work perfect. What is going on?

Any Solutions?

Thanks,

AG

I updated this chart so You cant see how bad it was. but just look at cumulative delta, it is all wrong. Also does the same on candlesticks. When I click delete and reload data it fixes all the past bars, but all new bars are wrong.

We can see that the data is not coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for this symbol because it is missing the [M] indicator after the symbol.

Follow the instructions here to update the symbol settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

Once that is done, you should see the [M] indicator. If not let us know.

Once you have it indicator, re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

Hey,

The M wont show up. I have tried to update these symbols 5 times. I do have (M) on ES so I am connected to SC datafeed.

What is the best course of action?

Yes you do. And we see you have done that.

We apologize for not recognizing that. This was a subtle detail that we did not recognize until you pointed it out.
