I keep getting a notice that I have limited time left on my usage. I just paid a couple of days ago and it said it renews on the 15th. Can you confirm my status and what I'm currently paid up for?

We have forced a usage time renewal for your account.

Note that your usage time would have automatically renewed in a couple of days, as you had a Service Package set for renewal and a sufficient Services Balance.

I keep getting notices that I have X number of days left and that I need to purchase more usage. Then I email you guys and you tell me that I'm setup to renew every month. I assume that I should ignore these messages and check 'do not show this again'. Is that correct? What I do not want to happen is that I wake up one morning and have no use of the program and have to frantically make a payment to start trading. So please confirm that I am indeed on a renewal and that I should disregard these messages. This way I won't have to inquire about this anymore. Thank you.

This is what we see:

Usage Time About to Expire - Your usage time will expire in 3 days.

Your Services Balance of 0.15 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 34 USD. You can activate and deactivate the Service Package on your account here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

Also from that page linked to above you will be able to add additional credit to your account.

(Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2017-02-15).

Do I have to go in manually every month or can I set it up on auto-renew? In your previous message it said that you forced a usage time renewal for my account. You also said that had I done nothing then my account would auto-renew in a couple of days. That's what I want every month, for it to auto-renew so that I don't have to spend any time on it. Why would it auto-renew last month and not this month?????? This shouldn't be this complicated, especially when it comes to you guys getting paid. Please advise.

There is no way to automatically bill a credit or debit card.

See you do have to manually and credit to your Services Balance. But when there is sufficient credit on your Services Balance there will be automatic deductions from it to pay for the usage time.

All of this is explained here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PurchaseInformation.php#RenewingAccess (When you read this documentation, you will see that this is very simple.)

What we recommend you do is go to this page:

https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

And set the Usage Time Service Package to Auto Renew to Service Package 5 for 12 months and add enough credit to pay for that.
