I can connect to rithmic server but I can't download data of chart. My trade dom work okay. and SC show symbol is unkonw . AMP people remote my pc try to slove the problem, but they don't know. My credential is okay. all okay on AMP side. they can download data with my credential. only i can't. Can you please help me solve the problem. i can not trade without chart.
