below 1500 version of sierra my depth bid/ask study used to plot all day , now it seems to disappear every few hours and restart , did a setting change ?

yes im aware of those settings , i have had them set like that for while now , but it just keeps disappearing and re starting , if i go back to 1498 build its fine ,

can an added alert create it to restart cause i notice if i change anything on the chart it will restart but this is doing it by itself now

yes im aware of those settings , i have had them set like that for while now , You need to set the Source Data input to Historical Market Depth - Last. Not sure why this is the case: but it just keeps disappearing and re starting , if i go back to 1498 build its fine ,
cause i notice if i change anything on the chart it will restart but this is doing it by itself now We are not aware of any changes which will cause this. But we do know if a chart is reloaded, that when using the Time and Sales data with the study, the number of Bid and Ask Depth bars may be reduced. corrrect but i dont want to use LAST , i have consistent plot when i use time and sales on build 1498 , not 1505 , it restarts here and there .

pic one is been on all day on 1498 build , pic2 is been on all day but restarts at 1250pm on 1505 build . neither were touched all morn , so something is causing it to drop off as i can leave the 1498 for a week and it will all be there no interruptions

If there is a study recalculation occurring for reasons unknown, then this is not necessarily unusual based upon the number of stored Time and Sales records. Anyway, this is not something we can spend any time on right now. The screenshots do not provide us anything which is helpful. We did look at this a little, and we do not see any problem. Like we said what you are seeing is normal if a recalculation is occurring.
