Problems with Eurodollar symbol

When placing an order in Eurodollar futures, I'm getting the error message: "CQG order update (Rejected). Text: Symbol is incorrect or not defined. Internal Order ID: 7150. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: F.US.GE5H17 | 2017-01-04 23:00:06 *" The symbol used is what's listed in the "Find symbol" menu for the March '17 Eurodollar. Also, the charts aren't updating in real time. I've experienced no problems with other market symbols, just the Eurodollar. I have the CQG feed with Amp Futures (CQG Fix Trading). |
