How can I draw a line at 2 months high low?

I tried to plot a line showing high & low of 2 months ago (i.e. November) in a monthly chart but failed. I used the study "Period OHLC - Variable Period" with "Time Period Type" set to Months and "Time Period Length" set to 2. I can view and verify the high in the monthly chart. However, the low appeared to be the low one month ago (i.e. December low). Pls check and advise. Thx.

We have looked at the chart and it looks correct to us. However, the low appeared to be the low one month ago (i.e. December low). Why is this a problem? This is what it should be. Between November and December, December has the lowest low.

I thought the study will display the high and low for EACH bar in the monthly chart. Maybe this study cannot do what I want. What I want is I would like to automatically draw a line at Nov high and Nov low so that I can overlay the Nov high and Nov low from monthly chart to intraday chart. The 2nd part i.e. overlay should be easy but this 1st part i.e. get the high and low in Nov and display in intraday chart is the problem for me. Pls advise how can I achieve this. Thx. |

If you want the high and low for each bar in the chart, then simply set the Time Period Length Input with the study to 1.
