I am using rectangles to mark my resistance supports. So far I was doing with extending rectangles but by this I loose my history when adjusting them on a new day. So I would like to use normal rectangles with width of one day. Is there a simpler way to have them drawn for a full day other than by typing in the anchors accordingly? Also is there a possibility that a rectangle adjusts in its width automatically, when I change the chart from RTH to Globex? Also what is the simplest way to have them all copied for a new day? Thx in advance! |

by this I loose my history when adjusting them on a new day. We are not sure what you mean by this.Is there a simpler way to have them drawn for a full day other than by typing in the anchors accordingly Just make sure the entire day is visible in the chart by adjusting the timeframe per bar to a higher amount of time per bar. We recommend doing the rectangle drawing on the full 24 hour chart first. This should then accomplish what you want. At least as close as possible. Also what is the simplest way to have them all copied for a new day? #1) because I change the rectangle to my new needs (extending rectangle) and so I change them completely and do not see where they have been day before. Regarding copying: OK, but there is no way in copying to exactly the new day in the chart, is there? They well be pasted anwyhere on the chart and I need to adjust them, right? |

No, this is not supported. When a drawing is copied, a copy is made of it and that copy is put into an adjustment mode. There is no pasting involved. Here are the instructions for that: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Tools.html#CopyMove The link we gave previously was not correct. But it has been now updated.
