BTCCNY-BTCChina freezes with Volume bars

1. Start Sierra Chart 2. Login 3. Select File -> Find Symbol 4. Select BTCCNY-BTCChina 5. Click on Open Intraday Chart, a chart will be displayed 6. Close Find Symbol window 7. Go to Chart -> Chart Settings 8. Change Bar Period Type to Volume Per Bar 9. Type any number to the Volume field below the Bar Period Type select 10. Click on Apply 11. A Message: Loading... 0% BTCCNY-BTCChina Click to cancel is displayed The loading freezes and the chart is not displayed even after many hours of waiting. I have never seen the above to work. Is there any way to display BTCCNY-BTCChina intraday chart with Volume bars? Thank you. |
