Hi as a transactAT user I contacted transact today because FGBLH7 does show an error on all my charts: Day Hi is at 163.40 and day low at 162.83. They checked on their side and they have 163,45 as Day hi and 162,88 as day low so they told me to get in touch with you. This is also what I have in my bookmap (via transact). I already made the delete and download operation several times, stopped sierra and erased the H7 scid file, reloaded it, but I still have the problem. I did the update to v1500. I also noticed my 4 tick reversal footprint was showing completely wrong data. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1482424329948.png Here is a view of the footprint: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1482430902784.png Can anyone help me please? If you re-download the data, it will now be correct. What is not right about the Numbers Bars values? Anyway for today, the data will now be correct. Thank you very much for the fix. Nothing wrong about the number bars values now (except the high and the low which should now be correct), though during the session, I had huge gaps and empty levels which were not corresponding at all with the volumes (and the prices) I could see in my DOM or in Bookmap. I catch the opportunity to signal that whereas EUREX is usually working fine (FESX/DAX/FGBL), since a couple of weeks, myself and a couple of other traders have noticed that the CME data provided by transact (especially ES) does not transfer properly into Sierra in terms of number bar values. 2 (powerfull)computers logged into the same live account show -very- different volumes and ask/bid volume split (though using the exact same chartbook, sierra version and parameters). We have to frequently delete and download data which then gives the same result on both computers but the values do then show a significant number of added contracts, which to analyse the past is OK but does not give confidence in the unfolding footprint to take decisions. Those différences are easily visible when comparing Bookmap/Sierra ask/bid traded volumes live when connected to the same transact feed. I discussed this issue with transact but we did not move forward so far. I hope this might help, I can provide you examples if needed, let me know if I have to do so. Thanks a lot again for you support. |

Contact Transact and have the make sure the data feed connection is using TCP rather than UDP. As a temporary solution you can use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. There is a lot of data being dropped. It appears as though there is a connection problem. This is something that TransAct will need to help you with. It appears that the connection is UDP.
