Daily and weekly chart not working

Daily and weekly chart not plotting anything. In chart settings, Date Range In File says: From: unknown to unknown and I am unable to change it. My symbol is ESH7.

After that go to the Historical Daily chart in the main instance and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
