First: write in an user frendly mode, please (I'm italian). This is my problem: Yesterday I activated my SC data feed correctly (I see [M] indicator after the Symbol on the top line of the chart) ok? Today SC downloads data BUT charts are empty. Please why? user: lenato69 http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1481129375933.png http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=148112951889.png |

Therefore in this case, follow the instructions here to connect to your Interactive Brokers account so you can access the real-time CME data: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#IntegrationWithTradingServices Make sure you use the Interactive Brokers symbols listed in File >> Find Symbol. Only those symbols can be used. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Sorry, problem solved. I discovered that the name of the service is "Interactive Brokers" and not "SC Data [All services]". (But I don't understand why). thank you. |

Yes you need to make sure Sierra Chart is connected to Interactive Brokers and use the symbols in File >> Find Symbol. The symbols of the chart you posted images of, are not the correct symbols. Also the proper symbol for EUR/USD futures is E6?## when using the SC Data-All Services service. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
