Dear sir/madam,

At early of Dec, the data does not automatic show out. Whenever I turn on the Dec link, it stop at that screen. All data will not show automatically.

Please advise what to do. It happened for 2 days already.

The problem is you have the wrong service selected. Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data-All Services".

However, you may need to connect at least once to your Interactive Brokers account to get the real-time CME data. Follow the instructions here to do that:

Once that is done, set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service back to "SC Data-All Services".
