So, outside of the self-guided tutorial, there is no demonstration??? I have never heard of such a thing from a technology vendor, and I used to sell high end IT. Do you not have salespeople?

No. We do not have any salespeople. We recommend to check with Infinity Futures who offer Sierra Chart: http://www.infinityfutures.com/ They are going to have the best education which may be helpful. Although this is assuming you are trading futures. Also we would never offer one-on-one tutorials without an additional cost with the low price we offer Sierra Chart for. But we may at some point start offering some more videos and perhaps an occasional webinar. Let us know if you can at least open a chart and apply a study? We can help you with that.
