Forward Alerts to email

I have been forwarding alerts to my Google email, and then having Google forward to my Verizon email/text address, in order to convert the alerts to a text message. It has worked fine for over a year. A few days ago(on ES after election) I started getting messages in my gmail(Google) account that sya the forwarding is failing. It is a Permanent Failure message. Yet I am still receiving the messages to my text address. I looked at the error message description in Gmail tech details. I can't tell if any of the error message is coming from alerts@sierrachart.com or support@sierracharts.com. Both show up in the description. Is there any error generating in your system for the setup?
I used to go directly to myphone@vtext.com but that seemed to shut off from Verizon when I would get a flood of alerts during a substantial market event(like happened here after the US election).
I have not used your SMS service since I understand it continues to have a cost.
So 2 things. Let me know if you are seeing the error at your end, and confirm that SC still has a cost for sending alerts direct to SMS.
Thanks

Any kind of forwarding problem from Gmail to another address would not be anything that we could help with.

The alerts originate from alerts@sierrachart.com.

There is a cost for SMS messages because we have to pay for those.
