I'm trying to download historical data from Sierra, but it seems the only data I can see is from my OEC feed. I thought that Sierra historical data can download up to 5yrs of data, but I can only go as far back as 6month? Pls advise?

Do not change the Service in Sierra Chart to use a service other than Gain Capital which you are currently using. I have followed the instruction, but the data is the same, still only 6months. I have not changed the service, kept the same symbol FDAXZ6, and selected continuous contract in advanced tab 1. The date range will only go back 6months and the number of days past 180 does not make any difference to the chart? Pls advise.

Do not look at the Date Range in File in the Chart Settings. That is not relevant.
