Dear Support (version 1469) This is extremely useful when drawing tools are very close to one another on a chart and selection becomes difficult if not impossible without resizing the chart etc. Currently deleting a tool in "Manage Chart Drawings" does not delete it from the selected chart even though it disappear"temporarily" in the "Manage Chart Drawings" window. When "Manage Chart Drawings" is selected again the tools have re-appeared. Many thanks |

What you are describing is not even technically possible. We have never heard of this and cannot duplicate this. Maybe you have opened the Manage Chart Drawings window when a different chart is active.
