Im using number bars with SC data. It shows trade quantity in per share level. Is there a way to make it show the number at per 100 shares level? For example if a 1000 share trade occurs, show 10. If its a combination of odd lots, rounded it up/down if its at above 50, down if not.

Yes this should be possible. We have not tested this, but try using the Volume Multiplier for this: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#VolumeOIMultiplier Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I followed the instructions in there. Chart settings -> advanced settings 2 -> volume value format set to .01. yes, that did reduce the number bar print from say 1000 per bar, to 10.00. The text "10.00" is actually taking more space than just "1000" Is there a way to reduce the significant figure to 0, and show "10" in the example i'm trying to cite here?

Numbers Bars will only display integers, so we are not understanding this. Provide an image of the chart, by following these instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#Image Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We think you set the incorrect setting. We are referring to the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 >>Volume/Open Interest Multiplier. You did not set the correct multiplier. Make sure the Volume Value Format remains at 1. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. In this case you need to change it through the Global Symbol Settings for the symbol pattern: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I am using symbol ??? or ???? or ????? using pattern matching to change Volume Multiplier to 0.01. Whenever I save the setting, the Volume multipler becomes 0.0099999998 when I open the Global Symbol Settings again. When I apply the Global Symbol Settings that to individual charts, the result isn't anywhere near 0.01. this is 0.01 http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1477073406130.png this is 0.0099999998 http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1477073426609.png |

We have looked into this and we see two issues here. We have resolved both of these and we will have a new release out Monday or Tuesday.
