problem with continuous future contract date - rollovers

Hello I followed the online instructions and performed the continuous future contract date rollover (both volume and date) but when the software loads the data, I can only see data from the start of the last contract (eg on Euro FX I can only see data from 18/9/2016). In the chart settings I changed the options to load 300 days but still it's not working. Thanks in advance Andreas |
