Hello, I am using Sierra to much of my liking in the last few years. I am now having a problem with OEC/Gain. I can t modify my bracket orders, which is strange. In the Gain platform I run on an execution computer I can do it stress free. Can you help me? Thank you, my best regards. Tim |

We tested this and saw no problem. However, what we want you to do is disable Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server-Side OCO and Bracket Orders. Try submitting a new order with Attached Orders and then you should be able to modify them. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hello, the problem still persists, now I can t even manage orders of positions in the system. But to be frank that is not a solution, server side orders are a MUST. error: Text: Allocation Blocks is not allowed for a non wash account type I tried disconnecting and reconnecting from the trade account. Now that earlier error is gone. I can now submit orders to the account. But when I try to manage those orders, error comes again: error: order modification failed | order modification reject. text: account information does not match original Can t cancel the order, from charts or Orders and Positions. : ( Not a happy camper right now. My best regards, Tim |

The problem is you mistakenly activated the account allocation for orders feature. You need to disable that as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GAINCapitalOECTrader.php#DisablingUseOfAccountAllocationForOrders The name of the option is "Use Account Allocation".
