Charts not updating

Hi,

My charts have stopped updating today. They only update when I disconnect and reconnect or restart sierra charts. Then they get the latest data but do not auto update after this point. This is across Eurex, CME and LIFFE. Any ideas?

Hi

Log posted below. I am guessing I have left my computer logged on at another location. Is it possible you can remotely log off both so I can log on to just the one at my current location?
