Constant chart reloading after update

I just did the software update and my range bar chart will not stop reloading. HELP

Restart Sierra Chart and on the Login window enable "Safe Mode".

Also, I am running some custom studies but they are proprietary and im not sure how to find the DLL files. Im not very computer literate so I dont even know what a DLL is

The problem does stop when I have safe mode enabled. But, when safe mode is enabled my studies are deactivated. So it doesnt really do me much good.

Is there any way to undo the software update? Everything was working just fine prior to updating

Could we call you after the close on Monday to get the custom study DLL files from you so we can determine the source of the problem? We will just use them for testing and then delete them.
