As I'm tweaking all my programs to compile cleanly with M$VC++, I noticed it's leaving .ext .lib and .obj garbage files behind that the previous compiler didn't. While they're easy enough to manually delete, this is really a mess with my nearly 3 dozen source files to work through. These extra files could also confuse end users compiling someone else's source code. Can these be auto-deleted on a successful compile? Thanks |

We are definitely not going to spend time on that. We are going to work on remote compiling. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hmm, would you elaborate on what you mean by "remote compiling?" It sounds important. Perhaps I'm going in the wrong direction in my development (of studies). Thanks.

The devs already marked this thread as "[User Discussion]". I can't unmark it. They will ignore it from here on out. I'd recommend starting a new thread. I guess it was too much to ask for them to add a "del" statement to their compile script. |

Thanks. I found an answer here: New Compiler | Post: 98560 Compiling on their server sounds interesting. I guess we'll have to see how it comes out. |
