Account simonagk is having issues with his account. The feed to his charts is not continuously coming through to update the prices. Updates only happen when he disconnects and re-connects. Can you please investigate

simonagk also only seems to be getting delayed data when he refreshes his charts. Its always 15 minutes late. He should be on a 2 week live data trial isn't he?

No one is going to get real-time futures data unless they activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and pay for it. You need to follow the instructions on this page: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php Review what we said previously. There will be no cost for the exchange fees until the start of next month. We have made all of this clear previously here and in another Support Request of yours previously. So we do not know why you are asking all of this stuff again.
