Problem with SC real time futures data and Infinity/TransAct

Hello, My new broker is Infinity Futures/TransAct. I selected them as service providers in "Data/Trade Service Settings" and kept "Allow Supports for SC Data Feeds" enabled because I want to use the SC data. When I start my SC platform, everything works fine and the connection to my broker is properly made. But there are no data. The SC data feed does'nt launch. I precise I am on SIM mode. Thanks for your help. |
