Having trouble buying with chart trading window

Hi, Yesterday and today, I have been trying to place trades using the chart window. I am in live trading mode, I have chart trading mode enabled, and I have the funds in my account to trade. However, when I try to open a position, and even after I hit the confirm "buy" button, my position size remains flat. What could be the reason for this? Thanks, Johanna Anderson |
