ZC data errors after switching broker

I recently switched my trade service provider to TD Ameritrade withing the SC system and am now having data issues with ZC, ZL, ZM and ZW. I realize that the data comes from SC (Barcharts) and NOT TDA, but when I switch back to IB, I do not have the same issue. I've updated symbols from server, done a full reset and finally, completely deleted ALL charts and re-downloaded ALL symbols and problem continues. I've attached chartbook1.cht with examples. The problem only occurs on historical charts and DOES NOT appear on an intraday chart. I am having another issue with historical data and TPO charts, but will address that separately if this solution doesn't resolve it. Thanks in advance.

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

What is the Service at the top left set to?

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings


In some cases you will need to apply the Symbol Settings to the charts:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts

Once that is done, re-download the data in the charts following these instructions:
