Alert Coming Twice In One Day

This alert is sent to "only once per bar" but as you can see it came up twice about 4 minutes apart. Can you tell me what I might be doing to cause that? Please disregard the other alerts/errors - just the ones with arrows.

This can happen with Historical Daily charts when the chart is reloaded. So the alert can be triggered more than once a day even when using Alert Only Once per Bar.
