Hi, I am using Sierra Chart for trading and I am trying to it up on my laptop while I am traveling. Despite entering the account ID and passwords, I do not manage to connect to the data feed on that laptop. I get the following error msg: 12:32 PM windows error code 10060 AMP/TTNet | Connecting. | 2016-10-03 17:12:06 TT FIX Data | Connecting to 12.41.48.53. Port 10501 | 2016-10-03 17:12:06 TT FIX Data socket (17) | Error received in OnConnect while connecting. Windows error code 10060: Une tentative de connexion a échoué car le parti connecté n'a pas répondu convenablement au-delà d'une certaine durée ou une connexion établie a échoué car l'hôte de connexion n'a pas répondu. | 2016-10-03 17:12:28 TT FIX Data socket (17) | Shutdown and closed. | 2016-10-03 17:12:28 How can I fix this? I am using window vista as an OS. |
