Hi, is there a way to have horizontal lines on the right hand side of the chart similar to what FT71 uses? See attached image. I know how to add horizontal lines but their either span from left to right which makes the chart unreadable, or else you just have to use the Name with no lines. Is there a way to have a combination of both between chart and profile on the right hand side. Thank you |

Ok thanks but unfortunately this doesn't answer the question on a horizontal line. Horizontal line settings are not accessible in a subgraph aren't they?? So how can I draw a level and have it only draw from Last bar to edge?

If you are referring to a Horizontal Line drawn by a drawing tool, then you should use the Line study instead: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s17 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. thanks for your reply. I need a way to tag a range of prices like for example gap areas? Is this possible? Doesn't make sense to use the line study for this. Also a rectangle cannot be fixed on the last bar to edge or am i missing something? Is it possible to have these levels editable from a spreadsheet or external csv file? It seems messy to have each line as a study. Is there a study to cater for levels from an external file? |

There is also the Horizontal Lines study: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s113 You can also use the Spreadsheet Study and edit the levels directly on a spreadsheet: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SpreadsheetStudy.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. my other question to add to the above. Is there a way to then automatically copy a horizontal lines study to another chart? I know you can save as a study collection but it would mess up the other charts. So my question is, what is the best way to copy a study from 1 chart to another. Thank you once again |

The closest is to use Chart Linking and link studies but that will copy all studies: Working With Charts: Chart Linking Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
