moving the chartbook menu bar

Is it possible to have the main chartbook menu bar (File Edit Chart Analysis)and the Sierra Chart header bar on the bottom of the chartbook rather than the top? Also, how do you change the font size for the menu bar?

No. The font size is controlled through the operating system.

Yes it is, I have moved it from the top to the bottom before. Right now I'm trying to remember how to do it because I want it on the side.
