Failed Download of SierraChartFileDownloader.exe

I have been trying to download the SierraChartFileDownloader.exe file. The download will go to 4.0MB out of 4.2MB then stop. I tried temporarily disabling the firewall, but the download still stops at 4.0MB. Any suggestions?

No, the file SierraChartFileDownloader.exe is not running on my computer. The file also is not in the Sierra Charts folder or any sub-folder. When I try to download this file the download stops at 4.0 MB. I have attached a screen shot of the failure message. The failure message is near the bottom of the screen.

There should not be any trouble downloading this file. It is a small file. And we do not notice a problem ourselves. Or have any other reports of a problem. We can send you the file by email.
