crosshair not bidirectional on one specific chart

When crosshair moves on chart "A", it should follow on all other charts, which it does except for chart "B" where no crosshair appears. But if chart "B" is selected and the crosshair is moved within it, the cursor will follow in chart "A". It is thus not bi-directional. Where can I look to correct this. Possibly there is out of order timestamps in chart B: Out of Order Timestamps Detected Or the chart is not scrolled to the corresponding Date-Time range.
