My intraday chart (4 hours) of oil is incorrect. July and August are repeated after September. Symbol: CL-201610-NYMEX http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1473948275160.png I tried everything already. I can't solve it by myself. |

We tested this and did not see a problem. Therefore, re-download the data as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Finally I found the cause of the problem. I was using the symbol QM (E-mini crude oil) as a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" (for chart trading). When I removed it the chart looks good again... I guess it was a compatibility issue. I say it just in case it can help someone in the future =) |

We did notice that but did not think that would be a problem. Not sure how that would cause a problem unless we looked into this more closely.
