The only help that we can offer is recommend using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for data:

We have no ability to resolve this. The TD Ameritrade data feed is not regarded as a reliable and dependable data feed by us. If it works, that is good if it is not working, and you depend upon it, then use another one.

Although we are critical of Interactive Brokers, we have higher regard for Interactive Brokers in combination with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
